Willo The Wisp DVD

Willo The Wisp on DVD is a delight. This short but sweet show had numerous memorable characters, from Edna the TV witch, to the 'Wisp' himself who was voiced by Kenneth Williams. The show used to be on at 5.30, just before Neighbours and provided a nice dose of fun then before a trip down under. The animation is basic but works really well and there are an array of woodland creatures bought to life by the creators. Willo the Wisp doesn't get shown anymore on any of the TV channels that we know of, so your best chance to enjoy it all over again will be to buy this DVD. It contains all the episodes on 1 disc. It is also likely to entertain the next generation of kids! Willo the Wisp was produced back in 1981 and there a total of 26 Episodes which is more than enough for a trip down memory lane. There was a second series made in 2005, but we don't bother with re-makes here at Seven Again.
