Mr Benn on DVD takes you back not only to a world of great kids TV, but also to one where real storytelling took precedence. Mr Benn was a conservative gentleman who used to visit the fancy dress shop frequently ( we won't ask why) and then try the various costumes on. Whichever one he tried immediately led to a related adventure, whether as a Lion Tamer or a Spaceman. The show only ran for 2 years and for only 13 episodes which are all included on this DVD. Such was the enduring popularity that it continued to be shown on the BBC for the next 20 years.We love it here at Seven Again and if you get the DVD we are sure that you will too.
